电子天平的误差及保证其称量准确度的研究

摘要 现阶段,使用频率较高的一种称重仪器就是电子天平,其也是如今较为先进的测量方法之一。电子天平主要以电磁力平衡的原理为基础,对物体的重量进行准确测量,相较于传统的称量器具,其在称重方面具有更高的准确度,且可直接以数据展现。对此,简要介绍了电子天平的工作原理及其误差分类,并对影响其称量准确度的各种因素展开了探讨,详细探究了如何保证其称量准确性。 At this stage,the use of a higher frequency of weighing instrument is electronic balance,which is also one of the more advanced measurement methods,electronic balance is mainly based on the principle of electromagnetic force balance,in order to accurately measure the weight of the object,compared with the traditional weighing instrument,it has higher accuracy in weighing,and can be directly displayed by data.In this regard,this paper briefly introduces the working principle of electronic balance and its error classification,and discusses various factors affecting its weighing accuracy,and explores in detail how to ensure its weighing accuracy,hoping to provide effective theoretical reference for everyone.
