程序块谱和随机谱下的可靠寿命消耗评估方法 被引量:1

摘要 针对加速寿命试验中常见的程序块谱和随机谱加载的情况,建立一种机电产品可靠寿命消耗评估方法。首先根据等损伤原理,建立了程序块谱和随机谱与标准载荷加载下的可靠寿命单侧置信下限之间的关系,分别对单应力和双应力、三应力等多应力情况的程序块谱和随机谱加载进行了详细讨论,然后给出了相应的可靠寿命消耗和剩余可靠寿命百分比及其置信限的计算方法。该方法可以对机电产品进行健康监测,并根据实际使用情况科学合理安排该机电产品的后续任务以及维修和报废,实现单机监控。 Aiming at the common program block spectrum and random spectrum loading conditions in accelerated life test,the reliable life consumption assessment methods of electromechanical products are proposed in this paper.Firstly,according to the principle of equal damage,the one-side lower confidence limit relationships of reliable life under program block spectrum,random spectrum and standard load are established.Then,the single-stress,double-stress,three-stress and other multi-stress loading conditions of block spectrum and random spectrum are discussed in detail,and the corresponding percentages of reliable life consumption and residual reliable life as well as their confidence limits are given in this paper.The methods can realize the health monitoring of electromechanical products and scientific arrangement of follow-up tasks,repair and scrap according to the use of the single electromechanical product to realize its life management.
