基于参数化设计的液压缸有限元分析系统开发

摘要 基于已有液压缸参数化设计系统,应用APDL编程语言以参数化变量方式建立液压缸有限元分析模型,生成有限元分析的命令流文件,再利用C#语言在Visual Studio平台对ANSYS进行二次开发,完成液压缸有限元分析,使原设计系统具备液压缸参数化有限元自动建模与分析功能,实现液压缸设计与结构分析的同步进行,在保证设计质量的同时大大降低了有限元校核的技术难度,显著提升了液压缸产品对市场的快速响应能力。 Based on the existing hydraulic cylinder parameterized design system,application of APDL programming language to establish a hydraulic cylinder finite element analysis model with parameterized variables,and generate the command stream file for the finite element analysis,and then use C#language to perform secondary development of ANSYS on the Visual Studio platform,complete hydraulic cylinder finite element analysis,so that the original design system has the hydraulic cylinder parameterized finite element automatic modeling and analysis function,realizes the synchronization of hydraulic cylinder design and structural analysis,which greatly reduces the technical difficulty of finite element verification while ensuring design quality,and significantly improves the rapid response capability of hydraulic cylinder products to the market.
