摘要
通过分析平键连接的轮毂拆卸过程出现卡滞的问题,提出平键对角受力模型,并采用有限元法分析了五种不同配合关系下的平键、轴键槽的应力分布,验证了平键对角受力模型的准确性,为轴——毂间隙配合条件下轴键槽先于平键压溃的现象提供了理论支撑,为平键的合理设计指出了优化方向。
Through analyzing the stuck problem in the disassembly process of the hub connected by the flat key,the diagonal force model of the flat key is proposed.The stress distribution of the flat key and the shaft keyway under five different mating relations is analyzed by the finite element method.The result proved the accuracy of the diagonal force model of the flat key and provided theoretical support for the phenomenon that the shaft keyway collapses before the flat key under the condition of the shaft-hub clearance fit.Points out the optimization direction for the reasonable design of the flat key.
