基于S7-1200 PLC的电除尘低压控制系统设计

Electrostatic Precipitator's Low Voltage Control System Design Based on S7-1200 PLC

以电除尘为研究对象,介绍了电除尘器基本原理及其低压控制系统结构。该系统用西门子S7-1200作为控制器,实现电加热、阴阳极振打和卸灰等的自动控制。实践表明,该系统提高了电除尘器的工作稳定性和除尘效率,具有很好的实用价值。

Taking the electrostatic precipitator as the research object,this paper introduced the basic principle of the electrostatic precipitator and the structure of its low voltage control system.It was realized to the automatic control of electric heating,anode and cathode rapping,ash unloading,by using Siemens s7-1200 as the core control.The practice showed that the system improved the working stability and efficiency of the electrostatic precipitator,and had good practical value.
