摘要
光电经纬仪作为一种高精度测量设备,其各种功能的实现均依赖于精度的保证,为弥补外场检测[1]的局限性,设计了用于快速检测光电经纬仪成像质量的静态虚拟光学目标系统,给出了系统的光学设计、机械结构,并针对经纬仪轴头的影响进行了有限元仿真分析。该系统已经成功应用于光电经纬仪机构变形对精度的设计与制造中,实践表明该机构满足高精度光电经纬仪的设计与使用要求。
Photoelectric theodolite is a kind of high precision measuring equipment,the realization of its various functions all depends on the guarantee of accuracy,in order to make up for the limitation of outfield environmental science,a static virtual optical target system is designed for fast detecting the imaging quality of photoelectric theodolite,the optical design and mechanical structure of the system are given,the finite element simulation analysis is carried out for the influence of theodolite shaft head.The system has been successfully used in the design and manufacture of photoelectric theodolite,the practice shows that the mechanism meets the design and application requirements of high precision photoelectric theodolite.
