一种便携式X射线源控制器研制

摘要 根据安全检查用X射线设备在某些特殊领域的应用特点,本文介绍了一种输出120kV/1mA基于36V锂电池供电的便携式X射线源控制器研制。该控制器高压逆变部分采用全桥结构,灯丝供电采用半桥拓扑;以SG3525作为PWM调制,以STM32F103作为数字控制核心;同时采用触控液晶作为人机交互。通过对该控制器的实际实验测试,指标达到设计及应用要求。 According to the application characteristics of X-ray equipment for safety inspection in some special fields,this paper introduces the development of a portable X-ray source controller with output of 120kV/1mA based on 36V lithium battery power supply.The high voltage inverter part of the controller adopts full bridge structure,filament power supply adopts half bridge topology;SG3525 is used as PWM modulation,STM32F103 is used as digital control core;touch LCD is used as human-computer interaction.Through the actual experimental test of the controller,the indicators meet the design and application requirements.
