摘要
激波轮作为摆线活齿减速器的重要传动部件,在运转过程中,激波轮的稳定性直接决定摆线活齿减速器的平稳性和噪音,故需要分析激波轮的固有频率和振型。绘制激波轮模型,输入Ansys Workbench对激波轮进行相关模态分析。通过仿真分析后,得到激波轮前十阶振型和频率。激波轮的临界转速远大于激波轮的最高转速,故对激波轮进行减重来降低激波轮的重量和成本。对激波轮进行模态分析,为后期激波轮的设计仿真奠定了理论基础。
Shock wheel as an important drive component of cycloid movable tooth reducer,in operation,the consistency of shock wheel affect the noise and smoothness.So must analyze the inherent?frequency and mode of shock wheel.Drawing the mode of shock wheel,conduct modal analysis of shock wheel in Ansys workbench.After simulation analysis,get the ten modes and frequency of shock wheel.The critical speed is much greater than the maximum speed of the shock wheel,so wo need to lighten the shock wheel to reduce the cost.The modal analysis lays a basics for simulation design of shock wheel.
