The construction of Chinese people's livelihood in the new era is a systematic project focusing on Chinese people's increasing“need for a better life”.In the new era,the construction of people's livelihood,centering on“the questions of the times”including the turn of the need,the transformation of contradiction and the counter-charging of the“five major constructions”in the process of improving people's livelihood,has formed an overall planning principle of“development,innovation,green and bottom line”.It has pictured a blueprint of development which aims to achieve“a sense of achievement,happiness and satisfaction”,and has built the“five major constructions”and“livelihood construction”co-driven path of development.The construction of people's livelihood in the new era demonstrates the scientificalness of Chinese path,and it has become a necessary approach to realizing the Chinese dream.It is also an important dimension in the governance of China.
