In recent years,China’s scientific and technological level has been rapidly improved,and the demand for new technologies in coal mine geological survey work has also increased,especially the application of digital surveying and mapping technology,which has greatly improved the quality level and work efficiency of coal mine geological survey work.This paper mainly summarizes the concept,characteristics and practical application of digital surveying and mapping technology,and analyzes the application of digital surveying and mapping technology in coal mine geological survey,hoping to be helpful for coal mine geological survey and mining related projects.
