摘要
简要介绍燃气锅炉NO_(x)生成机理,介绍烟气再循环、分级扩散燃烧、预混燃烧等低氮燃烧技术,结合锅炉低氮改造实例,介绍仪控策略,梳理锅炉低氮改造过程中主要问题,如型式试验与实物不符等,提出锅炉低氮改造注意事项。
The NO_(x) generation mechanism of gas-fired boilers is briefly introduced,and low nitrogen combustion technologies such as flue gas recirculation,hierarchical diffusion combustion and premixed combustion are introduced.Combined with examples of low nitrogen boiler transformation,the instrument control strategy is introduced,the main problems in the process of low nitrogen boiler transformation are summarized,such as the type test does not correspond with the real thing,and the points for attention in low nitrogen boiler transformation are put forward.
