煤矿企业创建本质安全管理体系的探析

Analysis on Establishing Intrinsic Safety Management System in Coal Mine Enterprises

为让煤矿企业充分贯彻落实好双重预防体系,更好的保障煤矿企业安全生产。笔者以前人研究为基础,介绍了煤矿企业进行本质安全建设的意义,分析了进行本质安全管理体系建设的主要内容,提出了煤矿企业进行本质安全管理体系建设的主要流程与策略,并进行了实践应用,通过把风险分级管控与煤矿企业事故隐患排查治理充分结合,形成了双重预防机制,并融入到矿井本质安全建设中,进一步充实了煤矿本质安全建设内容,有效推动了安全关口的前移,达到了从源头治理,科学防治的目的。

In order to make coal mine enterprises fully implement the double prevention system and better guarantee the safety production of coal mine enterprises,based on previous research,the author introduces the significance of intrinsic safety construction in coal mine enterprises,analyzes the main contents of intrinsic safety management system construction,puts forward the main processes and strategies of intrinsic safety management system construction in coal mine enterprises,and puts them into practice.Through the full combination of the control of risk classification management and the investigation and management of hidden dangers in coal mine enterprises,a double prevention mechanism has been formed,which has been integrated into the intrinsic safety construction of coal mines,further enriched the content of intrinsic safety construction of coal mines,effectively promoted the advancement of safety barriers,and achieved the goal of governance from the source and scientific prevention and control.
