纵观中国特色社会主义教育现代化的发展历程,教育改革与社会现代化建设同向同行,教育现代化发展逐渐迈向纵深。党的十八大以来,我国教育现代化事业取得了一系列成就,教育地位达到了新的高度。中国特色社会主义制度优势不断彰显,成为教育现代化加速发展的“助推器”,具体表现为:坚持党的领导和建设的制度优势,立德树人作为立身之本的制度优势,发展公平而有内涵的教育的制度优势,促进全民终身学习的制度优势,坚持依法治教的制度优势,推进教育评价综合改革的制度优势。在党的十九届五中全会精神的指引下,实现教育现代化2035的远景目标更加可观。

Throughout the process of development of socialist educational modernization with Chinese characteristics,educational reform and development advance with social modernization,and educational modernization is gradually moving towards depth.Since the 18th CPC National Congress,China’s education has made a series of achievements,the status of which has reached a new height,and the advantages of the socialist system with Chinese characteristics have been constantly revealed,becoming a“booster”for accelerating the development of educational modernization.Specifically,the advantages include adhering to the institutional advantages of the Party’s leadership and construction,deepening the institutional advantages of the fundamental task of establishing morality and cultivating people,ensuring the fairness and connotation of education,implementing the institutional advantages of promoting people’s lifelong learning,administering education according to law,and conducting the comprehensive reform of educational evaluation.Under the guidance of the spirit of the 5th Plenary session of the 19th CPC Central Committee,the prospect of educational modernization in 2035 is even more prosperous.
