病理学是基础医学与临床医学的桥梁学科,有较强的理论性和实践性,是临床医疗实践的重要组成部分,在实际医疗工作流程中负责重要的诊断环节。临床病理住院医师规范化培训是培养临床病理医师的重要渠道,与医学院校的病理学教学有很大的不同,医学院校病理学教学是以基础教学为目的,旨在为临床医师或病理医师打下病理学基础,临床病理住院医师规范化培训则是以培养病理诊断医师为目标,提高病理诊断水平是其培训的重点。CBL教学法(Case-Based Learning,CBL)是以案例为基础,引导并启发学生围绕问题展开讨论的一种小组讨论式教学法,在医学院校临床学科教学工作中的应用较为广泛。微信小程序是近年来被广泛使用的手机应用,随着智能手机的普及,微信平台已逐渐改变学员的学习方式。该文结合本基地实践经验,主要探讨将“CBL教学法与微信小程序相结合”在临床病理基地住培教学中的应用价值和效果,并进行简要的总结与分析。

Pathology is a bridge between preclinical medicine and clinical medicine,which is highly theoretical and practical.Meanwhile,it is an important part of clinical medical practice,and an important diagnostic link in the actual process of medical work.The standardized training of resident clinical pathologists is an important channel for training clinical pathologists,and it is very different from the teaching of pathology in medical colleges.The teaching of pathology in medical colleges is based on basic teaching,aiming to lay a pathological foundation for clinicians or pathologists,while the standardized training of resident clinical pathologists is aimed at cultivating pathologists,and improving the level of pathological diagnosis is the focus of its training.CBL(Case-Based Learning)teaching method is a group discussion teaching method that guides and inspires students to discuss problems based on cases,which is widely used in the teaching of clinical subjects in medical colleges.WeChat mini program is a widely used mobile application in recent years.With the popularity of smart phones among students,WeChat has gradually changed the way of students’learning.This paper mainly discusses the application value of the combination of CBL teaching method and WeChat mini program in the teaching of standardized training of resident clinical pathologists.
