摘要
在深刻理解“三全育人”教学理念与目标的基础上,结合医学教育特点,分析了内科学中课程思政的突出问题,表现在思政内容、思政制度、教师素质等方面,并从上述问题出发,建设内科学思政内容,发掘内科学思政元素,发挥德育教育功能,在专业教育中培养出具有较高职业素养与职业道德的医学人才,让内科学教学成为思政教育的重要载体。
On the basis of a deep understanding of the teaching concepts and goals of“three-dimensional education”,combined with the characteristics of medical education,this paper analyzes the outstanding problems of course-based ideological and political education in Internal Medicine in terms of ideological and political content,ideological and political system,and teachers’quality.And based on the above problems,the ideological and political content of Internal Medicine is constructed,and the ideological and political elements of Internal Medicine is explored,in order to give play to the educational function of moral education,cultivate medical talents with high professional quality and professional ethics in professional education,and make Internal Medicine teaching become an important carrier of ideological and political education.
