“PAD+PBL”融合模式在“固定收益证券”教学中的应用探讨 被引量:1

摘要 近年来,为响应国家教育体制机制的深化改革,高校对教育模式不断地进行探索与创新,逐步由“以老师讲授为主”的传统教育模式向“以学生为中心”的现代化教育模式转变,对分课堂(PAD)与问题驱动教学法(PBL)就是在此过程中涌现出的两种新型教学模式。该文将PAD与PBL模式相结合,以可转债定价课题为例,探究“PAD+PBL”教学模式在固定收益证券教学中的应用方法,并分析该模式应用于课程教学实践中的关键问题。通过研究分析,发现“PAD+PBL”教学模式可以提高课堂效率,激发学生学习的积极性和主观能动性,促进师生间的互动与交流,为实践性金融类课程的教授探索了一种新方法。 In recent years,in response to the deepening reform of the national education system and mechanism,colleges and universities have continuously explored and innovated the education model,gradually shifting from the traditional education model of“teaching by teachers”to the modern“student-centered”education model.Pad Class and Problem-Based Learning are two new teaching models that emerged in this process.This paper combines the PAD and PBL model,taking the issue of convertible bond pricing as an example,to explore the application method of the“PAD+PBL”teaching model in the teaching of fixed income securities.The key issues in the application of the model to curriculum teaching practice are also analyzed in this paper.Through research and analysis,this paper finds that the“PAD+PBL”teaching model can not only improve classroom efficiency,increase students’learning enthusiasm and subjective initiative,but also promote interaction and communication between teachers and students,and explore a new method for teaching practical finance courses.
