摘要 设计、测试和验证了一个基于智能手机的无线、无源和便携式的尿酸分析平台。该系统集成了近场通信(NFC)模块、数据处理电路和可拆卸的印刷电极,具有无线电能采集、现场信号处理和无线数据传输能力。对尿酸的定量检测具有一定的选择性和良好稳定性,响应电流与尿酸的浓度在0~800μmol/L范围内具有良好的线性关系,结果与专用仪器最大相对误差为6.2%。并对实际样品血清进行了测量,加标回收率为106.8%~110.1%。该平台为应用于尿酸的即时检测(POCT)提供了一种新型的无电池、无需物理连接和灵活的解决方案,可依附于手机配件,在多种场合进行尿酸自测快速分析。 A wireless,passive and portable uric acid analysis platform based on smart phone is designed,tested and verified.The system integrates near-field communication(NFC)module,data processing circuit and detachable printed electrode.It has the ability of wireless energy acquisition,field signal processing and wireless data transmission.It has a certain selectivity and good stability for the quantitative detection of uric acid.The response current has a good linear relationship with the concentration of uric acid in the range of 0~800μmol/L.The maximum relative error between the result and the special instrument is 6.2%.The actual sample serum was measured and the recovery rate was 106.8%~110.1%.The platform provides a new battery free,wireless and flexible solution for real-time detection of uric acid(POCT),which can be attached to mobile phone accessories for rapid analysis of uric acid self-test in various occasions.
