建筑类高校学报期刊评价指标与发展策略分析

Analysis on the main evaluation indices variation and developmentstrategy of the journals of architecture university

建筑类高校学报是呈现行业科研成果的重要平台,分析其主要期刊评价指标变化是掌握期刊水平、总体特征和发展态势的重要途径。文章基于《中国科技期刊引证报告(扩刊版)》的数据,利用文献计量学的方法,统计分析了2009—2018年间8种建筑类高校学报的主要评价指标。统计时段内建筑类高校学报的载文量明显减少,尤其是近5年的年平均载文量、总被引频次均出现快速下降,而他引率、引用刊数、基金论文比和被引半衰期则略有上升。总体上,建筑类高校学报的主要评价指标整体明显低于科技期刊的平均水平;评价体系的导向作用、高校学报自身的定位、发展机制的桎梏以及高校的重视和投入不足等导致建筑类高校学报发展面临诸多难题,应及时采取多种措施,提升办刊质量和水平。

The journal of architectural universities is an important platform to present the scientific research achievements of the industry.Analyzing the changes of the main journal evaluation indexes in a long time is an important way to master the level,overall characteristics and development trend of the journals.Based on the statistical data included in the Chinese S&T Journal Citation Report(Expanded Edition),the citation index and source index of the eight architectural journals in 2009-2018 are statistical analyzed with the method of bibliometrics.The change characteristics of the main evaluation indexes of the journals and the reasons for change are analyzed.The number of papers published in this eight journals was significantly reduced during the period.Especially in the past five years,the annual average number of papers and the total cited frequency decreased rapidly.In the mean time,the citation rate,the number of cited journals,the ratio of fund papers and the cited half-life increased slightly.In general,the main evaluation indexes of architectural journals are obviously lower than the average level of scientific journals.The guiding role of the evaluation system,the positioning and development mechanism of university journals,and the lack of attention and investment of universities,various reasons lead to many problems in the development of architecture university journals.Various measures should be taken in time to improve the quality and level of the journals.
