犊牛主要体征信息在线采集系统的设计

摘要 为了解决中小规模牧场采用传统方式获取的犊牛体重、体温信息存在信息采集精度低、劳动强度大等问题,试验以犊牛为检测对象,通过下位机实现体重、体温信息的实时在线采集,利用MATLAB对采集数据进行优化处理,以组态王软件搭建人机交互界面,采用Modbus和DDE通信协议实现上位机和下位机、MATLAB之间的数据通信,设计出一种犊牛主要体征信息在线采集系统。结果表明:当犊牛完全位于称重平台并处于站立姿态时,犊牛主要体征信息在线采集系统的位置检测准确率为100%,在缓慢、剧烈、缓慢-剧烈状态下动态体重测量的相对误差不高于2.87%,体温检测相对误差不高于0.80%,可实现对采集信息的实时显示、保存、历史数据查看等功能。说明该犊牛主要体征信息在线采集系统具有准确、稳定、高效、操作简便等特点。 In order to solve the problems such as low accuracy of information collection and high labor intensity of calf body weight and body temperature information obtained by traditional methods in small and medium-sized pastures,calves were selected as test objects in this test.The body weight and body temperature information can be collected online in real time by the lower computer.MATLAB was used to optimize the collected data.Building human computer interaction interface with KingView software.Modbus and DDE communication protocols were used to realize the data communication between the upper and lower computers and MATLAB.Based on this,an on-line acquisition system of calf main signs information was designed.The results showed that when the calves were completely on the weighing platform and in the standing posture,the position detection accuracy of the online collection system of the main signs of calves was 100%.The relative error of dynamic weight measurement was not higher than 2.87%and the relative error of body temperature measurement was not higher than 0.80%in slow,severe and slow-severe states,which can realize the functions of real-time display,saving and historical data view of the collected information.The results indicated that the on-line collection system of calves’main signs information was accurate,stable,efficient and easy to operate.
