猪FASN基因表达与胴体及肉质性状相关性研究 被引量:4

摘要 为了验证脂肪酸合成酶(fatty acid synthase,FASN)基因对国内地方猪脂质代谢的调控作用,试验以野猪×柯乐猪杂交猪(野柯F1代猪)作为试验对象,系统测定野柯F1代猪各项胴体及肉质性状指标,采用实时荧光定量PCR方法检测猪背最长肌组织中FASN基因表达水平,并通过Pearson方法分析FASN基因表达量与胴体及肉质性状指标间的相关性。结果表明:在野柯F1代猪背最长肌中均检测到了FASN基因的表达,其相对表达量与背膘厚、肉豆蔻酸(C14∶0)及反式油酸(C18∶1n9t)呈显著正相关(P<0.05)。说明FASN基因的表达对地方猪脂肪沉积和脂肪酸合成具有重要意义。 In order to verify the regulation of FASN gene on lipid metabolism of domestic local pigs,this experiment used the wild boar×KeLe pig(Yeke F1 pigs)as the experimental research object.The carcass and meat quality traits of the Yeke F1 pigs were systematically determined.The qRT-PCR method was used to detect the FASN gene expression level in the Longissimus dorsi,and the correlation between FASN gene expression and carcass and meat quality trait indicators were analyzed by the Pearson method.The results showed that the FASN gene expression was detected in longissimus dorsi of the Yeke F1 pigs and its relative transcript level was significantly positively correlated with the average backfat thickness,myristic acid(C14∶0)and elaidic acid(C18∶1 n9 t)(P<0.05).The results indicated that the expression of FASN gene was important to fat deposition and fatty acid synthesis in local pigs.
