摘要
为了找到对枝孢样枝孢霉有效的中药制剂,试验用纯化水对黄芩、黄柏、黄连和土槿皮四种中药进行提取及加热浓缩,并用96孔细胞培养板采用微量液体稀释法研究黄芩、黄柏、黄连和土槿皮四种中药对枝孢样枝孢霉的最小抑菌浓度(MIC)和最小杀菌浓度(MBC)。结果表明:黄芩、黄柏、黄连和土槿皮的水提物对枝孢样枝孢霉的体外MIC分别为60 mg/mL、40 mg/mL、15 mg/mL和2.5 mg/mL;MBC分别为60 mg/mL、50 mg/mL、15 mg/mL和2.5 mg/mL。黄芩和黄柏水提取物的抑菌和杀菌效果较差,对枝孢样枝孢霉的药用价值不大;黄连水提取物对枝孢样枝孢霉有一定的抑菌和杀菌作用,土槿皮水提取物的抑菌和杀菌效果均较好。说明黄连和土槿皮的水提取物可用于抑制和杀灭枝孢样枝孢霉。
In order to find a traditional Chinese medicine preparation that was effective against Cladosporium cladosporioides,this experiment used purified water to extract,heat and concentrate the four Chinese medicines of Scutellaria baicalensis,Phellodendron chinense,Coptis chinensis and Pseudolarix amabilis bark,and used a 96-well cell culture plate to study the minimum inhibitory concentration(MIC)and minimum bactericidal concentration(MBC)of four traditional Chinese medicines of Scutellaria baicalensis,Phellodendron chinense,Coptis chinensis and Pseudolarix amabilis bark against Cladosporid cladosporioides via micro-liquid dilution method.The results showed that the in vitro MIC values of the water extracts of Scutellaria baicalensis,Phellodendron chinense,Coptis chinensis and Pseudolarix amabilis bark against Cladosporium cladosporioides were 60 mg/mL,40 mg/mL,15 mg/mL and 2.5 mg/mL;MBC values were 60 mg/mL,50 mg/mL,15 mg/mL and 2.5 mg/mL,respectively.The water extracts of Scutellaria baicalensis and Phellodendron chinense had poor antibacterial and bactericidal effects,and had little medicinal value against Cladosporium cladosporioides.The water extract of Coptis chinensis had a certain antibacterial and bactericidal effect on Cladosporium cladosporioides,and the water extract of Pseudolarix amabilis bark had good antibacterial and bactericidal effects.The results suggested that the water extracts of Coptis chinensis and Pseudolarix amabilis bark can be used to inhibit and kill Cladosporium cladosporioides.
