摘要
为了分析GNAS基因与鹌鹑产蛋性能和蛋品质的关联性,试验采用限制性片段长度多态性聚合酶链反应(PCR-RFLP)方法对不同羽色鹌鹑的GNAS基因进行多态性检测,并分析了GNAS基因与鹌鹑产蛋性能和蛋品质的关联性。结果表明:在GNAS基因中分别检测到TT、CT、CC这3种基因型。GNAS基因在中国黄羽鹌鹑、北京白羽鹌鹑、朝鲜鹌鹑中的TT基因型频率分别为0.7778,0.7755,0.8571;CT基因型频率分别为0.2222,0.1633,0.1429;GNAS基因在北京白羽鹌鹑中的CC基因型频率为0.0612,在另外两个鹌鹑品种中未检测到CC基因型个体。GNAS基因TT基因型和CT基因型的产蛋总重、产蛋率和开产体重显著高于CC基因型(P<0.05)。GNAS基因CC基因型的蛋黄指数显著高于CT基因型(P<0.05),TT和CT基因型的蛋壳厚度显著高于CC基因型(P<0.05)。说明GNAS基因与鹌鹑的产蛋总重、产蛋率、开产体重、蛋黄指数和蛋壳厚度有显著关联性。
In order to analyze the correlation between GNAS gene and laying performance and egg quality of quails,PCR-RFLP method was used to detect the polymorphism of GNAS gene in quails with different color,and the correlation between GNAS gene and laying performance and egg quality of quails was analyzed.The results showed that the three genotypes of TT,CT,and CC were detected in the GNAS gene.The TT genotype frequencies of GNAS gene in Chinese Yellow-Feather quail,Beijing White-Feather quail,and Korean quail were 0.7778,0.7755,and 0.8571 respectively,and CT genotype frequencies were 0.2222,0.1633,and 0.1429;The CC genotype frequency of GNAS gene in Beijing White-Feather quail was 0.0612,and no individuals with CC genotype were detected in the other two quail species.The TT genotype and CT genotype of GNAS gene had significantly higher egg laying weight,laying rate and start-to-lay weight than CC genotype(P<0.05).The egg yolk index of the CC genotype of GNAS gene was significantly higher than that of the CT genotype(P<0.05),and the egg shell thickness of the TT and CT genotypes was significantly higher than that of the CC genotype(P<0.05).The results suggested that GNAS gene was significantly related to quail’s egg laying weight,laying rate,start-to-lay weight,egg yolk index and egg shell thickness.
