摘要
以环氧乙烷、环氧丙烷为原料,在催化剂(KOH、NaOH、Na或NaH中的一种)与定量的起始剂(二乙二醇、丙三醇、季戊四醇、山梨醇等中的一种或几种)作用下,合成了一种聚醚多元醇以及由其制备的聚氨酯防水灌浆材料。实验结果表明:所合成的聚醚多元醇具有高活性和较高的储存稳定性,用其制备的聚氨酯防水灌浆材料异氰酸酯指数优选0.5~3.0;以三乙醇胺作交联剂,选用羟值为325~425mg/g的聚醚多元醇,所得灌浆材料遇水反应快,形成的固结物强度高,与基材的黏结力强,适应各种不同条件下的防水堵漏要求。
Using the ethylene oxide,propylene oxide as raw materials,a polyether polyol and the polyurethane waterproof grouting material prepared from it were synthesized in the presence of catalysts(at least one of KOH,NaOH,Na or NaH)and quantitative initiator(one or more of diethylene glycol,glycerol,pentaerythritol and sorbitol).The experimental results show that the synthesized polyether polyol has high activity and higher storage stability,the isocyanate index during preparing the polyurethane waterproof grouting material with it is preferable 0.5~3.0.Using triethanolamine as crosslinking agent,selecting the polyether polyol with hydroxyl value of 325~425 mg/g,the obtained grouting material can quickly react with water,and the formed consolidated substance has high strength and strong adhesion with the base substrate,which can meet the requirements of waterproof and plugging under various conditions.
