摘要
提供了一种安全气囊用新型点火药配方及其制备方法。与传统点火药相比,该新型点火药进一步提高了抗吸湿性,且点火性能稳定、可靠;35%BPF(弹道性能因子)大于12,摩擦感度为0,工艺安全可靠,适合大批量生产制备;由于该配方中不含铝粉,避免了安全隐患及燃烧残渣。
A novel igniter formulation for safety airbag and its preparation method are provided.Compared with the traditional igniter,the novel igniter further improves the hygroscopicity resistance,and its ignition performance is stable and reliable,the 35%BPF(ballistic performance factor)is more than 12,the friction sensitivity is 0,the process is safe and reliable,therefore it is suitable for the bulk production.Because there is no aluminum powder in the formulation,the hidden danger and combustion residues are avoided.
