摘要
目的:基于"汇报者—解读者—管理者—教育者"临床能力发展模型设计评估问卷,评价医学学员临床能力发展过程。方法:结合国外文献与临床教学经验设计含20个条目的量表,收集464例医学学员测评数据,分析不同学员各维度得分和量表内部一致性。结果:从见习到住院医师第四年,整体临床能力逐渐提高。量表Cronbach's α系数为0.97。结论:基于"汇报者—解读者—管理者—教育者"模型的临床能力评估问卷具有良好信度与预测意义。
Objective:To evaluate the integrated clinical competence of medical trainees,a questionnaire based on RIME model was introduced.Methods:The data of 464 medical trainees were used by using the scale with 20 items based on the previous research and clinical teaching experience.The scores of each RIME dimension of medical trainees and Cronbach's α were analyzed.Results:From medical students to residents,the score of overall clinical competence has gradually improved.Cronbach's α was 0.97.Conclusions:The integrated clinical competence evaluation system questionnaire for medical trainees based on RIME model has good reliability.
