基于执业能力提高导向的双路径模式在住院医师规培中的应用研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的:尝试将临床路径理念引入到住院医师规范化培训的临床教学中,试图探索提高内科住院医师培训的有效途径。方法:将在内科基地轮转的住院医师随机分为实验组及对照组,分别进行路径教学及传统教学,培训结束对两组学员专业知识技能、临床思维及综合能力进行考核。结果:实验组各项出科考核成绩均高于对照组;实验组在临床思维提高方面及沟通能力方面高于对照组,差异均呈统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:临床路径结合教学路径的双路径教学可实现教学的同质性,取得有效的教学效果。 Objective To try to introduce the idea of clinical pathway into the clinical teaching of the standardized training of residents and explore effective ways and effects to improve the training of internal medicine residents.Methods Residents rotated in our internal medicine base were randomly divided into pathway group and control group.The pathway group adopted the clinical and teaching pathway plan,and carried out the teaching process according to the content of the clinical pathway teaching form.The control group adopted the traditional teaching method.At the end of the training,the professional knowledge,skills,clinical thinking and comprehensive ability of the two groups were assessed.Result:All the results of the pathway group were higher than those of the control group,and there was a significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).As for the improvement of clinical thinking,there were 29 people(93.55%)in the pathway group and 17 people(54.84%)in the control group(P<0.05),About communication ability,there were 30 people(96.77%)in the pathway group and 15 people(48.39%)in the control group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion To introduce the idea of the dual-path model of clinical pathway combined with teaching pathway can realize the homogeneity of teaching and achieve effective teaching results.It is worth learning and promoting.
