摘要
目的:探讨临床路径在疼痛科临床教学中的应用效果。方法:将70名麻醉学实习生随机分为实验组和对照组,分别采用临床路径教学法和传统临床教学法进行教学。实习结束后,比较两组学生的出科考试成绩和教学满意度。结果:实验组出科考试成绩和教学满意度明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:在疼痛科临床教学中应用临床路径可以显著提高教学效果。
Objective:To evaluate the application effect of clinical pathway(CP)in clinical teaching of pain medicine.Methods Seventy interns of anesthesiology were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,and were applied with CP teaching and traditional clinical teaching.After the internship,the examination results and teaching satisfaction degree were compared between the two groups.Results The examination results and teaching satisfaction degree in the treatment group were significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical pathway has obvious advantage in clinical teaching of pain medicine.
