轻钢龙骨预制防火楼板受弯性能分析 被引量:2

An Analysis on the Bending Performance of Prefabricated Fireproof Slabs with Light Steel Joists

摘要 以轻钢龙骨预制防火楼板为研究对象,进行两个试件的受弯试验研究。然后运用有限元软件ABAQUS对试件进行模拟分析,并将其与试验结果进行对照,二者吻合良好,验证了有限元模型的合理性。进而考虑龙骨布置方式、龙骨间距、石膏抗压强度、有无横撑及龙骨嵌入石膏板深度这5个因素,进行轻钢龙骨预制防火楼板的受弯性能数值分析,研究各因素对楼板受弯性能的影响规律。结果表明:减小轻钢龙骨间距或减小龙骨嵌入深度均可提高楼板的抗弯刚度和承载力,且提升趋势呈线性变化,而增大石膏抗压强度仅提高楼板承载力,但提高效果最为显著;龙骨对称布置时楼板横向位移最小,增加横向龙骨或增加轻钢龙骨嵌入石膏板深度均可有效减少纵向龙骨的横向位移。 Bending tests were carried out to investigate the performance of two prefabricated fireproof slabs with light steel joists.The experiments were simulated using ABAQUS,and the validity of the model was established by comparing test results and finite element analysis results.Further, a numerical analysis was carried out to study the influence of different factors on the performance of slabs.Five factors, including joist arrangement, joist spacing, gypsum strength, whether there were cross braces and depth of joist embedded in gypsum plate were considered.The results show that the reduction of light-gauge steel spacing and joist embedding depth can increase the load capacity and stiffness of the slab, and the trend is linear.Increasing the compressive strength of gypsum can only improve the load capacity of the slab, but the effect is the most significant.Moreover, the lateral displacement of the slab is the smallest when the joist is arranged symmetrically, and increasing the lateral joist or increasing the depth of the light steel joist embedded in the gypsum plate can effectively reduce the lateral displacement of the longitudinal joist.
