摘要 为了研究复杂钢管空间节点的应力集中系数,采用有限元软件ANSYS建立了复杂钢管空间节点有限元模型。有限元模型考虑了焊缝的影响,将有限元计算结果与试验结果进行比较,二者吻合较好,从而验证了有限元模型的可靠性。对复杂钢管空间节点模型进行了参数分析,研究了各个参数对节点应力集中系数的影响。参数分析结果表明,主管径厚比γ对节点应力集中系数的影响较大;其他参数对节点应力集中系数的影响较小。对252个参数分析模型的结果进行回归分析,建立了节点各部分应力集中系数的拟合公式。拟合公式计算值与有限元计算值吻合较好,验证了拟合公式的正确性。 In order to study the stress concentration factor(SCF) of complex steel tubular space joints, a finite element model of complex steel tubular space joints is established by using the finite element software ANSYS.The finite element model accounts for the influence of welds, and the results of calculation are compared with the test data.The results of finite element calculation are in a good agreement with the test data, and this verifies the reliability of the model.Parameter analysis of complex steel tubular space joint model is also carried out, the influences of each parameter on the SCF of joints are studied.The results of parameter analysis show that the diameter-thickness ratio γ of the main tube has a great influence on the SCF of joints, while other parameters have little influence on the SCF of joints.The results of 252 parametric analysis models are analyzed by using regression analysis, and the fitting formulas of SCF for each part of the joint are established.The calculated value of the fitting formula agrees well with the calculated value of the finite element method, which verifies the fitting formula.
