乙炔发生器上储斗电石加料方式的改进

摘要 为解决乙炔发生器上储斗加料时,半敞开加料过程存在的电石粉尘多、电石颗粒易掉落、皮带秤经常发生故障等问题,对电石加料方式进行了改进。采用全密闭加料方式,取消皮带秤,改用全密闭下料管加料。并在上储斗上部安装光波料位计,设置了光波料位计与振动给料机的联锁控制方式。改进后运行效果良好,改善了加料现场环境,降低了电石损耗,减少了维修费用。 In order to solved the problems occurred in the semi-open feeding process of acetylene generator upper hopper,such as too much calcium carbide dust,easy falling of calcium carbide particles and frequent failure of belt scale,the feeding way of calcium carbide was improved.The fully-closed feeding way was adopted,the fully-closed feeding pipe was used instead of the belt scale,the light wave level meter was installed on the upper part of the upper hopper,and the interlock control mode between the light wave level meter and the vibrating feeder was set.After improvement,the generator operated well,the feeding site environment was improved,the calcium carbide loss was reduced,and the maintenance cost was reduced.
