摘要
在电石法PVC生产过程中,采用变温变压吸附脱水工艺替代固碱脱水工艺脱除氯乙烯中的水。该工艺除水效果好,能减轻精馏塔中的氯乙烯自聚,提高精馏塔的使用效率,满足PVC糊树脂的生产要求。
In the production process of PVC by calcium carbide method,the temperature and pressure swing adsorption dehydration process was used to replace the solid sodium hydroxide dehydration process to remove water from vinyl chloride.The process removed water effectively,thus could reduce the self-polymerization of vinyl chloride in the distillation column,improve the utilization of the distillation column,and meet the production requirements of PVC paste resin.
