摘要
在实验室条件下开发出了PVC耐压管材的基础配方,在工业化加工试验中对基础配方进行了优化,最终在国产65/132锥形双螺杆PVC管材专用挤出机上成功生产出了符合ISO 1452-2:2009要求的耐压等级250的PVC管材。
The basic formula of PVC pressure pipe was developed under laboratory conditions.The formula was optimized by industrial processing test.Finally,the PVC pipes with pressure resistance grade 250 meeting ISO 1452-2:2009 were successfully produced by the domestic 65/132 conical twin-screw extruder special for PVC pipes.
