社区营造视域下的内城街区活力再生途径——以西安回坊为例

THE WAY OF VITALITY REGENERATION OF INNER CITY BLOCKS FROM THE PERSPECTIVE OF COMMUNITY BUILDING:A CASE STUDY OF MUSLIM QUARTER IN XI’AN CITY

内城街区承载着居民的情感记忆,是展示城市人文底蕴的魅力空间。以西安回坊作为内城街区的典型代表,通过引入社区营造理论的多元视角,归纳西安回坊活力在"人、文、地、产、景"五方面的具象特征,探析了内城街区活力旁落的原因和社区营造激发活力再生的途径。研究发现:居民的日常生活、社区的文化认同、场所的连续统一、业态的多元包容和生境的丰富体验,是西安回坊富有活力的重要原因。基于此,针对西安回坊面临因原住民流失、地域文化消解、场所空间凋敝、业态特色渐失、生境展示乏力所致的活力危机,提出以文化自信为指引,以居民需求为先导,以文化传承为核心,从场所、产业和生境入手的社区营造途径,促进活力再生。

The inner city blocks carried the residents’ feelings and memories.It is a charming space to show the city’s cultural heritage.Taking the Muslim Quarter in Xi’an City–a typical inner city block as an example,this paper summarized the characteristics of the vitality of Muslim Quarter in Xi’an from the five aspects of "people,culture,geography,industry and landscape" based on the multiple perspectives of community building.Then,this paper probed into the reasons of inner city block vitality decline and the way of community construction to stimulate vitality regeneration.It’s been found that daily life,cultural identity,continuous space,diverse industries and vivid habitat experience are the most important reasons for the vitality of Muslim Quarter in Xi’an.Based on these,in the face of the vitality crisis of Muslim Quarter in Xi’an owing to loss of indigenous people,dissolution of regional culture,decay of site space,decline of industrial characteristics and stagnation of habitat development,this paper proposed a community building path based on the site,industry and habitat by taking cultural confidence as the guide,residents’ needs as the primary goal,and cultural inheritance as the core,to stimulate the vitality regeneration.
