心肺复苏过程中血清白细胞介素-10、B型脑钠肽水平的研究

Study on serum interleukin-10 and B-type brain natriuretic peptide during cardiopulmonary resuscitation

目的:观察心肺复苏过程中血清白细胞介素-10(IL-10),B型脑钠肽(BNP)水平的变化情况,并探讨其临床意义。方法:选取就诊于本院因心跳骤停、经临床心肺复苏抢救后的患者共36例,其中26例自主循环恢复(ROSC)的患者作为ROSC恢复组,10例经抢救未恢复ROSC的患者作为ROSC未恢复组,30名健康体检者作为对照组。应用酶联免疫测定法(ELISA法)检测血清中IL-6、BNP的水平。结果:ROSC未恢复组、对照组血清中的IL-10水平均较低,ROSC恢复组IL-10的水平均高于ROSC未恢复组、对照组,且在1h、5h、10h过程中逐渐增加,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);ROSC未恢复组、对照组血清中的BNP水平均较低,ROSC恢复组BNP的水平均高于ROSC未恢复组、对照组,且在1h、5h、10h过程中逐渐降低,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:心脏骤停心肺复苏过程中血清IL-10水平升高、BNP水平降低可能是复苏成功的一项检测指标。

Objective:To observe the changes of serum interleukin-10(IL-10)and B-type brain peptide(BNP)levels during cardiopulmonary resuscitation(CPR),and to discuss their clinical significance.Methods:A total of 36 patients who were admitted to our hospital due to cardiac arrest and underwent clinical cardiopulmonary resuscitation were selected,among which 26 patients with autonomous circulation recovery(ROSC)were selected as THE ROSC recovery group,10 patients who did not recover ROSC after rescue were selected as the ROSC recovery group,and 30 healthy physical examination subjects were selected as the control group.Serum levels of IL-6 and BNP were detected by ELISA.Results:The serum IL-10 level in the group without restoration of ROSC and the control group is low,and the IL-10 level in the ROSC restoration group is higher than that in the GROUP without restoration of ROSC and the control group,and increases gradually during 1 h,5h and 10h,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The serum level of BNP in the group without restoration of ROSC and the control group is lower,and the level of BNP in the ROSC restoration group is higher than that of the group without restoration of ROSC and the control group,and gradually decreases during 1h,5h and 10h,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:Elevated serum IL-10 level and decreased serum BNP level during cardiopulmonary resuscitation after cardiac arrest may be a test indicator for successful resuscitation.
