微柱凝集法与SPR芯片技术对红细胞抗体筛查与鉴定中的应用对比 被引量:1

摘要 目的:探讨微柱凝集法与表面等离子体共振(SPR)芯片技术对红细胞抗体筛查与鉴定中的应用价值。方法:2019年2月~2020年2月本院收治的拟行输血治疗患者50例为对象,采用微柱凝集法与SPR芯片技术对患者红细胞抗体进行筛查和鉴定,评估两者在患者红细胞不规则抗体筛查中的价值。结果:微柱凝集法检出红细胞抗体不规则抗体阳性率4.00%与SPR芯片技术的2.00%比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。以微柱凝集法检查结果为金标准,SPR芯片技术鉴定红细胞不规则抗体阳性的特异度和准确度分别为97.92%、94.00%。SPR芯片技术检测红细胞不规则抗体的检出时间为(13.28±2.19)min,较微柱凝集法检测的(35.46±3.87)min明显短(P<0.05)。结论:SPR芯片技术对红细胞抗体筛查与鉴定价值与微柱凝集法相当,但前者检测更快速且准确度和特异度高,对提高输血治疗患者安全性有积极意义。 Objective:To explore the application value of microcolumn agglutination and surface plasmon resonance(SPR)chip technology in screening and identification of erythrocyte antibodies.Methods:From February 2019 to February 2020,50 patients to be treated with blood transfusion in our hospital were selected as subjects.Microcolumn agglutination and SPR chip technology were used to screen and identify the erythrocyte antibodies of the patients,and the value of the two in the screening of patients with irregular erythrocyte antibodies was evaluated.Results:There was no significant difference between the 4.00%positive rate of irregular antibodies detected by microcolumn agglutination and the 2.00%by SPR chip(P>0.05).Using the results of microcolumn agglutination as the gold standard,the specificity and accuracy of SPR microarray were 97.92%and 94.00%,respectively.The detection time of irregular antibodies was(13.28±2.19)min by SPR chip method,which was significantly shorter than(35.46±3.87)min by microcolumn agglutination method(P<0.05).Conclusion:SPR chip technology has similar value to microcolumn agglutination in screening and identification of erythrocyte antibodies,but the former method is more rapid and has high accuracy and specificity,which has positive significance for improving the safety of patients with blood transfusion treatment.
