摘要
沙氏鹿茸草(Monochasma savatieri Franch.ex Maxim.)的干燥全草可药用,具有抑菌、抗炎和抗病毒等功效[1-2]。目前,已从沙氏鹿茸草中分离出黄酮类(木犀草素)、苯乙醇苷类(类叶升麻苷、异类叶升麻苷和torenoside B等)、酚酸类和三萜类化合物[3-5],其中,苯乙醇苷类是其全草的代表性化学成分,对治疗呼吸道感染或肺炎有意义[6];类叶升麻苷,具有抗骨质疏松、抗炎和抗衰老等药理活性[7-9];木犀草素是主要的黄酮类成分之一,具有抗氧化、抗菌、抗炎和抗肿瘤等药理作用[10]。药用植物的活性成分含量除与其本身的遗传因子有关外,还受生境条件显著影响[11]。因此,了解不同产地沙氏鹿茸草全株中有效成分含量的差异有助于评价其药材质量。
Taking whole plant of Monochasma savatieri Franch.ex Maxim.from 9 locations in Zhejiang,Fujian,Hunan and Jiangxi Provinces as material,contents of flavonoids and phenylethanoid glycosides were assayed.The results show that the differences in contents of total flavonoids,luteolin,total phenylethanoid glycosides,acteoside and isoacteoside in whole plant of M.savatieri from different locations are extremely significant,and the contents are 26.96-133.74,0.83-4.03,19.23-63.93,0.34-15.98 and 0.17-5.41 mg·g^(-1),respectively.In which,contents of above five components in whole plant of M.savatieri from 3 locations in Fenyi,Anfu and Leping of Jiangxi Province are relatively high.
