变温鞣制时间对两步变温铬鞣法坯革性能的影响 被引量:1

摘要 在已构建的新型两步变温铬鞣法的研究基础上,探究了变温鞣制时间对鞣制效果及坯革理化性质的影响.获得的优化鞣制条件为:第一阶段采用2%铬鞣剂常温鞣制3h,第二阶段采用2%铬鞣剂常温鞣制2h后再变温至60℃鞣制1h.试验结果表明,在该工艺条件下所制备的坯革的收缩温度可达107.6℃,铬鞣剂的吸收率提高至93.1%.坯革中的铬鞣剂渗透均匀,粒面平细,纤维分散性好,各项力学性能指标符合常规用途革的行业标准.新型两步变温铬鞣法得到进一步优化. The novel two-stage temperature change chrome tanning was developed in our previous research.In this paper,the effect of stage Ⅱ tanning time on the tanning performance and physicochemical properties of chrome tanned crust leather was investigated.The results show that when pickled cattle hide is first tanned by 2%(mass fraction)chrome tanning agent at room temperature for 3 h,then is tanned by another 2%chrome tanning agent at room temperature for 2 h and at 60℃for 1 h,the obtained wet-blue has the most satisfactory performance.Under these conditions,the shrinkage temperature of wet-blue is 107.6 ℃.The comprehensive absorptivity of chrome tanning agent reaches up to 93.1%.The chrome tanning agent can permeate in collagen fiber network evenly.The leather grain is fine and the collagen fiber is well dispersed.And the mechanical properties meet the industry standards of leather.Herein,the process of two-stage temperature change chrome tanning is further optimized.
