SiO_(2)用量对复合橡胶硫化特性及物性的影响 被引量:2

摘要 以天然橡胶(NR)、顺丁橡胶(BR)和丁苯橡胶(SBR)为基体,通过模压硫化制备复合橡胶鞋底材料.研究SiO_(2)添加量对NR/BR/SBR复合橡胶材料硫化性能和物性的影响.结果表明:SiO_(2)的加入延迟了NR/BR/SBR复合橡胶材料的硫化时间、降低了焦烧时间、提升了交联密度,当添加量为50份时,ΔM最大(交联密度最大);SiO_(2)的加入对NR/BR/SBR复合橡胶材料的撕裂强度、拉伸强度、DIN磨耗、止滑均有影响,其中撕裂强度、拉伸强度和湿止滑性能随着SiO_(2)添加量的增加,先增加后减小;DIN磨耗先减小后增加;干止滑性能呈现减小趋势. Natural Rubber(NR),butadiene rubber(BR)and styrene-butadiene rubber(SBR)were used as matrix to prepare composite sole rubber materials by molding vulcanization.The effects of SiO_(2) content on the vulcanization and physical properties of NR/BR/SBR composite rubber were studied.The results show that the addition of SiO_(2) delays the curing time of NR/BR/SBR composite rubber,reduces the scorch time and promotes the crosslink density.And the ΔM reaches the maximum value when 50 parts of SiO_(2) is added.The addition of SiO_(2) also has effects on physical properties of the composite rubber.With the addition of SiO_(2) increases,the tear strength,tensile strength,and wet-skid resistance tend to increase simultaneously and then descend,the DIN abrasion loss is just the opposite,the dry-slid resistance tends to decrease.
