摘要
分析了水性聚氨酯(WPU)的制备及其在体育器材中的应用.通过预聚、扩链和改性、交联及中和乳化反应制备水性聚氨酯,使其自然干燥成膜,烘烤备用.运用万能试验机测试薄膜的拉伸强度,并测定其存储、pH值、离心和耐电解质等稳定性.采用热重分析仪测定薄膜的热稳定性,并进行吸水率以及透水汽性能测试.试验结果表明:在水性聚氨酯树脂内引入2% ~ 10%的聚醚改性聚硅氧烷(PO-PDMS),薄膜各项性能优异,适用于篮球、运动手套等体育器材.
The preparation of waterborne polyurethane and its application in sports equipment were analyzed.Waterborne polyurethane(WPU)was prepared by prepolymerization,chain extension,modification,crosslinking,neutralization and emulsification.The tensile strength of the films was tested by universal testing machine,and the stability of the films,such as storage,pH value,centrifugation and electrolyte resistance,was determined.The thermal stability,water absorption and vapor permeability of the films were measured by thermogravimetric analyzer.The results show that the properties of the film are excellent when 2%~10%polyether modified polysiloxane(PO-PDMS)is introduced into the waterborne polyurethane resin,which is suitable for basketball,sports gloves and other sports e-quipment.
