摘要
某超强无钴马氏体时效不锈钢,峰值时效后抗拉强度可达1700MPa,具有优异的断裂韧性及良好的耐蚀性能。本研究对不同热处理状态下该超高强度马氏体时效不锈钢的钨极氩弧焊、电子束焊工艺进行了研究,获得了不同焊接工艺下焊缝的抗拉强度、冲击韧性、延伸率及金相组织等试验数据。制定了该钢的钨极氩弧焊、电子束焊最佳焊接工艺,并为估算该钢焊缝强度提供了可靠的数据支持。
For a specific tungsten-free martensitic aging stainless steel with Ultra-high strength could reach 1700 MPa with excellent fracture toughness and good corrosion resisting property. The thesis has studied the TIG arc welding and EBW technologies for the specific martensitic aging stainless steel in different heat treatment condition,and obtained the data of tensile strength,impact toughness, extensibility and metallurgical structure of the welding seam under different welding technologies. The best TIG arc welding and EBW technologies for steel has been confirmed and the reliable data has been provided to support the weld seam strength.
