摘要 本文提出一种对毛刺部位按重要程度和毛刺去除的难易程度进行分级的方法,明确不同等级毛刺部位去毛刺方法和检查标准,使核心部位的毛刺从环境、人员、工具、仪器等环节受到更严格的控制,从而重点突出,松严有度,使毛刺的控制更加规范化、科学化,提高了毛刺控制的质量和效率。 A method was proposed to classify the burr parts according to the importance and the difficulty of burr removal.The different level of burr parts deburring methods and inspection standard were accepted. The core parts of the burr from the environment personnel, tools, instruments and other links were more strict control. The key point was emphasized. The relaxation and strictness were appropriate. The control of burr was more standardized and scientific. The quality of the burr control efficiency were improved.
