细长调整钉螺纹加工工艺研究

Research on Thread Processing Technology of Slender Adjusting Screw

摘要 针对液压机械装置中调整钉脱落的故障,分析了细长调整钉脱落的原因,通过改进螺纹加工方案,对滚压、磨削螺纹进行了分析,对车削螺纹工艺参数进行了试验优化,解决了细长调整钉螺纹常见的倒锥及变形问题,保证了产品质量、降低了加工成本。 Aiming at the failure of adjusting pin in hydraulic mechanical device, the reason of slender adjusting nail falling off was analyzed. By improving the thread processing scheme, the rolling and grinding thread were analyzed. The technological parameters of thread turning were optimized by experiments. The common problems of inverted cone and deformation of the thread of the slender adjusting screw were solved. The product quality was guaranteed and the processing cost was reduced.
