摘要
分析一种典型半开式不锈钢三维叶轮的加工工艺过程,设计加工程序、合理选用刀具、控制加工过程以达到满足图纸要求的目的。同时基于NX中加工模块,对于具有典型三维流道特征的零件高效加工、叶片轮廓度及表面质量的保证提出一种解决方法。
Analyze the machining process of a typical half-open stainless steel three-dimensional impeller was analyzed. The processing procedures were designed. The tools reasonably were selected. The processing process was controlled to meet the requirements of drawings. Based on the processing module in NX, a solution was proposed for high-efficiency machining, blade profile and surface quality assurance of parts with typical three-dimensional flow channel characteristics.
