从“肺痹”理论谈难治性肺炎支原体肺炎

难治性支原体肺炎临床多表现为病情迁延不愈,病势较剧,可累及其他器官。中医学认为,肺痹属于五脏痹之一,因内虚外袭导致肺失宣降,肺络不通的一种疾病,具有气机升降不利,留浊不去的特征,临床既表现有寒热,咳逆上气,喘息气急的特征,还有传变其他脏腑的特点。难治性支原体肺炎临床症状及病理变化与肺痹相关,病因病机与肺痹相通,从肺痹理论论治难治性支原体肺炎以期能更清晰的认识难治性肺炎支原体肺炎,提高临床疗效。

In clinic,a refractory mycoplasma pneumonia is mostly manifested by a prolonged course,a state of being too severe to be healed and involving other organs.In traditional Chinese medicine,lung bi is believed to be one of the five zang-viscera bi,a syndrome in which the lungs fail to ventilate and descend qi and the lung collaterals are blocked due to the internal deficiency and the invasion of the external evils,characterized by abnormal qi upward or downward movement,and the retention of turbidity in the body.The clinical manifestations of lung bi involve alternative chill and fever,cough,dyspnea and shortness of breath with qi moving adversely upwards,as well as the characteristics of transmitting other zang-fu organs.The clinical symptoms and pathological changes of a refractory mycoplasma pneumonia are related to lung bi,and its etiology and pathogenesis are interlinked with lung bi.Treating a refractory mycoplasma pneumonia by referring to the theory of lung bi is believed to enable a much clearer understanding of the disease and a improved clinical efficacy.
