鹿角胶临床应用及其用量探究

通过搜集古医籍及现代医家临证经验及临床应用,总结出鹿角胶具有以下临床应用特点:鹿角胶汤剂临床用量范围为6~41.4 g,其中常用剂量为6~15 g,丸散剂临床用量范围为1.08~16 g。结合病种、证型、症状选择其最佳剂量,如补益肝肾、益精养血治疗强直性脊柱炎、不孕症、骨质疏松、骨折等,常用量为6~41.4 g,丸散剂用量为1.08~16 g;温阳散寒治疗肩周炎、系统性硬化病、皮下脂肪瘤等,常用量为5~12 g。根据病种、证型及症状,配伍相应中药,如补益肝肾、益精养血常配伍龟板胶、山萸肉、熟地黄、巴戟天、仙灵脾等;温阳散寒常配伍熟地黄、炮姜、白芥子、肉桂等。

Through the collection of the clinical experience and application of ancient medical records and of modern doctors,it is concluded that deer-horn glue has the following clinical application characteristics:Its clinical dosage in decoction ranges from 6 to 41.4 g,of which the usual dosage range is 6 to 15 g,and the clinical dosage range in pills or powders is from 1.08 to 16 g.Its optimal dosage is selected according to the different diseases,syndrome types and symptoms.For instance,when used for tonifying the liver and kidney,replenishing essence and nourishing blood to treat ankylosing spondylitis,infertility,osteoporosis,fractures,etc.,its usual dosage is 6-41.4 g,in pills or powders 1.08-16 g.While its commonly used dosage is 5-12 g for warming yang and dispersing cold to treat periarthritis humeroscapularis,systemic sclerosis,subcutaneous lipoma,etc.According to the different types of disease,syndrome types and symptoms,deer-horn glue is combined with the corresponding Chinese medicines.For example,when used for tonifying the liver and kidney,replenishing essence and nourishing blood,it is often compatible tortoise shell glue,asiatic cornelian cherry fruit,prepared rehmannia root,morinda root,epimedium herb,etc.For warming yang and dispersing cold,it is often compatible with prepared rehmannia root,ginger,white mustard seeds,cassia bark,etc.
