埋针结合灸疗法治疗青少年近视临床研究

Clinical study on the treatment of juvenile myopia by embedding needle combined with moxibustion

目的观察埋针结合灸疗法治疗青少年近视的临床疗效。方法将80例(160只眼)近视患者分为埋针结合灸疗组(治疗组)40例(80只眼),针刺组(对照组)40例(80只眼)。治疗组采用眼周埋针结合背部腧穴灸疗法治疗,针刺组采用普通毫针针刺治疗。通过检测治疗前后裸眼视力和眼屈光度,对患者近期和远期的临床疗效进行对比评价。结果2组的裸眼视力和屈光度治疗前后对比均有明显改善,埋针结合灸疗组远期疗效优于针刺组(P<0.01)。结论埋针结合灸疗法治疗青少年近视,能够提高患者远期疗效,达到标本同治的目的。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of needle embedding combined with moxibustion in the treatment of adolescent myopia.Methods A total of 80 cases(160 eyes)of myopia patients were divided into 40 cases(80 eyes)in the needle embedding combined with moxibustion treatment group(treatment group)and 40 cases(80 eyes)in the acupuncture group(control group).The treatment group was treated with needle embedding around the eyes combined with moxibustion at the points on the back,and the acupuncture group was treated with ordinary filiform needle acupuncture.The short-term and long-term clinical effects were compared and evaluated by detecting the naked vision and diopter before and after treatment.Results The naked eyesight and refractive power of the two groups were significantly improved after treatment,and the long-term curative effect of the needle-embedding combined with moxibustion group was better than that of the acupuncture group(P<0.01).Conclusion Needle embedding combined with moxibustion therapy in the treatment of juvenile myopia can improve the long-term curative effect and achieve the purpose of treating both the symptoms and root causes.
