摘要
目的通过了解长春市960名中学生心肺复苏认知状况,为提高中学生对心肺复苏的认知水平,进一步在中学生群体中开展培训工作打下基础。方法采用方便取样法,选取长春市3个学校共960名中学生为调查研究对象。调查问卷进行现场调查及回收,了解长春市中学生对心肺复苏的认知状况,并对调查结果进行分析。结果90.6%的中学生知道心肺复苏术,但是参与过心肺复苏系统培训的学生仅占27.1%。长春市中学生心肺复苏态度平均得分为(26.15±6.56)分,有较好的态度;知识平均得分为(32.89±12.47)分,低于及格水平。中学生更愿意对自己亲近的人实施两项急救操作。结论长春市中学生心肺复苏知识普及率较低,缺乏系统的心肺复苏理论结构知识体系。
Objective To learn about the cognitive status of cardiopulmonary resuscitation(CPR)in 960 middle school students in Changchun,and to lay a foundation for improving the cognitive level of CPR in middle school students,and for further training among them.Methods A total of 960 middle school students from three schools in Changchun were selected as the research subjects by convenient sampling method.The questionnaires were collected on the spot,and the results were analyzed to learn about the cognitive status of CPR among middle school students in Changchun.Results 90.6%of the middle school students knew about CPR,but only 27.1%of the students had participated in the systematic training of CPR.The average score of CPR attitude in Changchun middle school students was(26.15±6.56)score,indicating a good attitude.The average score of CPR knowledge was(32.89±12.47)points,lower than the passing level.Middle school students were more willing to perform two first aid operations on those close to them.Conclusion The prevalence rate of cardiopulmonary resuscitation in middle school students in Changchun is low,and there is a lack of systematic theoretical structure of cardiopulmonary resuscitation knowledge.
