低频生物电联合俞募穴位刺激护理干预对减轻产后压力性尿失禁症状的影响研究 被引量:16

Study on the effect of low-frequency bioelectricity combined with Shu-Mu points stimulation nursing intervention on reducing postpartum stress urinary incontinence

摘要 目的探索低频生物电联合俞募穴位刺激护理干预护理干预对产后压力性尿失禁患者的临床疗效。方法将400例产后压力性尿失禁患者随机分为观察组和对照组,每组200例。对照组采用低频生物电盆底肌训练及凯格尔运动护理指导,观察组在对照组的基础上,增加俞募穴位刺激,选取穴位包括肾俞、膀胱俞、中极,2组均1周接受3次治疗,每次30 min,共20次。分别于治疗前后评定盆底肌力、SUI等级评分,并于干预后评定治疗临床效果。结果2组治疗后盆底肌力、SUI等级评分均较治疗前明显改善,在降低幅度方面,观察组优于对照组;治疗后观察组治愈率及有效率为71.0%及88.5%,优于对照组的38.0%及81%。结论低频生物电联合俞募穴位刺激护理干预可改善产后压力性尿失禁患者的控尿能力,缓解尿失禁症状,其效果优于单纯低频生物电反馈盆底肌训练。 Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of low-frequency bioelectricity combined with the Shu-Mu points stimulation nursing intervention in patients with postpartum stress urinary incontinence.Methods A total of 400 patients with postpartum stress urinary incontinence were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 200 cases in each group.The control group was treated with the low-frequency bioelectric pelvic floor muscle training and Kegel exercise nursing guidance,while the observation group was added with the stimulation at Shu-Mu points on the basis of the control group,with the selected points of Shenshu(B23),Pangguangshu(B28),and Zhongji(CV3).The two groups were treated three times a week,30 minutes each time,20 times in total.The pelvic floor muscle strength and SUI grade score were evaluated before and after treatment,and the clinical effect was assessed after intervention.Results After treatment,the pelvic floor muscle strength and SUI grade scores were significantly improved in the two groups,and the observation group was better than the control group in terms of the reduction range.After treatment,the cure rate and effective rate in the observation group were 71.0%and 88.5%,which were better than 38.0%and 81%of the control group.Conclusion Low-frequency bioelectricity combined with the Shu-Mu points stimulation nursing intervention can improve the urinary control ability of patients with postpartum stress urinary incontinence,relieve the symptoms of urinary incontinence,and its effect is better than the solo low-frequency bioelectrical pelvic floor muscle training.
