临床护理路径在拉氧头孢对新生儿肺炎治疗中的效果影响

Effect of the clinical nursing pathways in the treatment of neonatal pneumonia with laoxycephalin

目的探讨临床护理路径在拉氧头孢对新生儿肺炎治疗中的效果影响。方法选取2018年10月-2019年8月我院收治的76例新生儿肺炎患者作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和试验组,每组各38例。在药物拉氧头孢的治疗中试验组采用临床护理路径配合治疗,对照组采用常规护理配合治疗。观察2组的呼吸功能改善状况以及家属对护理质量满意度情况。结果治疗后,试验组的呼吸功能均显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组家属对护理质量满意度显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论临床护理路径在拉氧头孢对新生儿肺炎的治疗中效果显著,对于肺发育相对较弱的新生儿来说,能有效控制炎症发展,显著改善患儿的呼吸功能,表现出临床护理路径带来的效果,并得到了患儿家属高度认可,值得在临床中推广应用。

Objective To investigate the effect of the clinical nursing pathways in the treatment of neonatal pneumonia with laoxycephalosporin.Methods A total of 76 neonatal pneumonia patients admitted to our hospital from October 2018 to August 2019 were selected as the research subjects,and they were randomly divided into a control group and an experiment group,with 38 cases in each group.Apart from the treatment with laoxycephalosporin,the experiment group was given the clinical nursing pathways,and the control group received the conventional nursing.The improvement of respiratory function and the satisfaction of family members with the quality of care in the 2 groups were observed.Results After treatment,the respiratory function of the experiment group was significantly better than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The family members of the experiment group were significantly more satisfied with the quality of care than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical nursing pathways has a significant effect in the treatment of neonatal pneumonia with laoxycephalosporin.For newborns with relatively weak lung development,it can effectively control the development of inflammation,significantly improve the respiratory function,which is highly recognized by the families of infants and is worth popularizing and applying in clinical practices.
