妊娠合并卵巢肿瘤诊治进展

Research progress in the diagnosis and treatment of ovarian tumors complicated with pregnancy

近年来,随着辅助生殖技术逐步发展,高龄孕产妇增加,怀孕期间癌症的发病率持续上升,妊娠合并卵巢肿瘤成为一个极具挑战性的疾病。现吉林省围产检查逐渐规范化,高危孕产妇网络随访系统逐步完善,超声技术日趋增强,疾病检出率明显提高。腹腔镜的发展及广泛应用亦为妊娠合并卵巢肿瘤的诊治提供多重选择。相比非孕期妇女,妊娠合并卵巢肿瘤的诊断及治疗应根据孕母情况、生育要求、胎儿孕周、肿瘤组织学类型、疾病分期等情况综合评估后制定"个体化"治疗方案。本研究拟对目前妊娠合并卵巢肿瘤相关研究进行综述概括,以期为临床诊疗提供指导。

In recent years,with the gradual development of assisted reproductive technology and the increase of the elderly pregnant women,the incidence of cancers in them continues to rise.Pregnancy complicated with ovarian tumors has become a very challenging disease.The perinatal examinations in Jilin province are now gradually standardized,and the network follow-up system for the high-risk pregnant women is gradually improved,and the ultrasound technology is increasingly enhanced,so the disease detection rate is increased significantly.The development and wide application of laparoscopy also provide multiple options for the diagnosis and treatment of ovarian tumors in pregnancy.Compared with those non-pregnant women,the diagnosis and treatment of ovarian tumors in pregnancy should be based on the comprehensive evaluation of the maternal conditions,fertility requirements,gestational age of the fetus,tumor histological types,disease stages and other conditions to develop an"individualized"treatment plan.This study intends to review and summarize the current research related to ovarian tumors in pregnancy,in order to provide a guidance for its clinical diagnosis and treatment.
